AI app builder with hosting: what each plan includes
Overskill hosts the app you build on both of its plans, with unlimited bandwidth and no credits charged for page views or sign-ins. Starter is $25 a month, billed monthly, in US dollars, as read on October 18, 2026, and Overskill's pricing page says there are no data-transfer or egress fees.
| Builder | Hosting and entry price | Custom domain | Limit to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Overskill | Unlimited bandwidth; Starter, $25 a month, billed monthly | 1 per app on Starter, 5 on Studio, per pricing page | A badge on every app; hiding it is a paid feature |
| Bolt (bolt.new) | Free at $0, or Pro at $25 per month billed monthly | Paid plans only | Free sites stop at 10 GB or 333,333 requests a month |
| Lovable | Pro, 100 credits, $25 a month, per Lovable's docs | Paid plans only | Heavy traffic draws on the credit balance |

Get started with Overskill →Custom domains on each builder
A custom domain is your own web address on the hosted app. Starter gets one custom domain per app, and Studio is listed at five per app, though the editor connects one for now. The connection and the security certificate are included in the plan.
Take a freelancer who built a quote calculator for a client. Overskill's client-handover walkthrough puts a client's address, such as quote.theirbusiness.com, on the editor's Domains tab, and Starter's one custom domain per app covers that case.
Base44's pricing page lists a free domain for one year on its paid plans, and its billing docs add that it comes with the yearly plan. Bolt and Lovable limit custom domains to paid plans, and Zite includes one custom domain from Pro.
Traffic limits and what happens past them
- Overskill: unlimited bandwidth on both plans, with 100 GB of file storage included.
- Bolt Free: up to 10 GB of bandwidth and 333,333 requests a month, with a hard limit. Free sites stop serving content once they hit it.
- Bolt Pro: up to 30 GB and 1 million requests a month, with pay as you go to raise capacity.
- Lovable: the plan's included grant covers publishing and running most apps, and apps with significant traffic or size draw on the credit balance.
Badges and branding on a hosted app
Every Overskill app shows a small Overskill badge in one corner, and hiding it is a paid feature. Overskill branding also stays on sign-in screens and sign-in emails on every plan. Bolt shows a Made in Bolt badge on free-plan projects, and Zite removes its branding on Pro.
When a hosted app goes offline
Overskill says live apps keep working at zero credits, while AI-powered changes and image generation stop. Its pricing page says published apps stay online and data is not deleted after you cancel. Bolt's free sites stop displaying publicly at their monthly data limit until usage resets at the start of the next billing cycle. Replit's free Starter deployment expires after 30 days but can be republished.
Pick Overskill for hosting with no per-visit credit charge, Bolt for a free site inside its caps, and Lovable for light hosting covered by its plan grant. Overskill lists no free plan, and a new account starts with 500 credits. AI app builder with backend covers database limits, AI app builder cost totals the extras, and Overskill pricing lists both plans.
